Red Wine Compound May Extend Life.

Prior studies have revealed that resveratrol is protective against heart sicknesses principally thanks to the antioxidative properties of this compound. If you consider other natural foods that contain resveratrol then peanut is by a large margin the sole answer to this search. The foods prepared from the skin of grapes contain significant quantity of resveratrol as the highest content of resveratrol is present in the skin followed by roots and seeds.

According to a famous roman exclaiming ( in vino sanitas ) in wine there's health. The French paradox study forced many analysts to experiment on the assorted ingredients of the red wine and after many experiments they came to the belief that resveratrol present underwater wine is the chief factor that protects the human heart from cardiovascular vascular sicknesses. These results shocked doctors world wide and compelled them to conduct more experiments on resveratrol. The analysts plan to keep on their work on mice. This study was done by David Sinclair of Harvard Medical College in Boston and co-workers at the School of Connecticut and Brown School in Rhode Island.
